
UFC books four 8-man Asian tournaments: The UFC will stage eight-man tournaments across four divisions in a throwback format, with the victors receiving contracts and formally joining their roster.
The series, called “Road to UFC” by the organization, will feature Asian MMA talents in the flyweight, bantamweight, featherweight, and lightweight divisions.
The first round will take place on June 9 and 10 at Singapore Indoor Stadium, only a few days before UFC 275 takes place there on June 12. Each day will include ten fights, two of which will be non-tournament matches.

Later in the year, the semifinal and final rounds will be held.
Although no specific fighters have been announced for the tournament, athletes from Japan, Korea, the Philippines, China, Thailand, Indonesia, and India are expected to compete. Some of Dana White’s Contender Series veterans from China are expected to be among the players, according to sources close to the situation.
The promotion’s various media partners in Asia will show Road to UFC, and other nations will be able to watch it on UFC Fight Pass.
