Real Madrid’s final Kylian Mbappe decision
Kylian Mbappe decision: There have been many twists and turns in the Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid transfer rumour. For a while, it had seemed inevitable that the Frenchman will quit PSG this summer, and in that case, Santiago Bernabeu had seemed to be his most likely choice of clubs. The Ligue 1 champions are currently the favourites for him to stay, though.
Mbappe has been reinstated to the starting lineup. Additionally, there are rumours that a contract extension with PSG may be conceivable, which was previously thought to be virtually impossible.
Recently, there were some whispers that Real Madrid was considering making a late offer to sign Mbappe this summer. However, it appears that they are missing the mark.
According to the BBC, Carlo Ancelotti has decided against joining PSG this summer. When asked about a possible contract, the Real Madrid manager responded as follows:
“No, I completely rule it out.”

Therefore, it appears that Real Madrid won’t pursue Mbappe this summer. If it was always the plan, one has to wonder.
Mbappe still hasn’t agreed to an extension of his PSG contract, to be honest. He will depart the team as a free agent the following summer if the two parties are unable to come to an agreement.
According to speculations, the player and the club have verbally agreed to ensure that the French team will receive compensation if and when Mbappe goes. Let’s watch how that develops.
Real Madrid will undoubtedly be hoping that everything goes their way and that they have the opportunity to sign Mbappe as a free agent in the future. In the end, it is most likely that he will move to Madrid if he decides to leave PSG.
