Shahid Afridi On Virat Kohli:
Virat Kohli’s mentality has been questioned by former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi.
Shahid Afridi, the former Pakistan captain, has questioned Virat Kohli’s commitment and love for the game, as the former India captain continues to struggle.
“Attitude is everything in cricket. That’s what I’m most passionate about. Do you have a preference for cricket or not? Is Kohli still playing cricket with the same motivation as he had earlier in his career, when he wanted to be the best batsman in the world? That is the most important question. He’s a gentleman. But does he truly want to be number one once more? Or does he believe he has accomplished everything there is to do in life? Now isn’t it time to unwind and kill some time? On Samaa TV, Afridi was quoted as saying, “It’s all about attitude.”

Kohli already announced his retirement from international cricket after the IPL 2022 season and is now on vacation with his wife Anushka Sharma.
The former India captain, who also stepped down as captain of Royal Challengers Bangalore last year, has struggled with the bat in the IPL, causing alarm among his millions of admirers.
“I’m in the happiest time of my life right now.” What I do on the field gives me no sense of self-worth or value. I’m well past that stage of my life. During the IPL, Kohli said to Star Sports, “This is a phase of evolution for me.”
The 33-year-old also refuses to accept the fact that the drive is missing.
“… Not that I don’t have the same drive; in fact, my drive will never wane. I’m not going to play this game until my desire is gone.
